The Reason

[obfuscate email=”mark@hire-mark.com”] – that email is the very reason I am moving everything from markhart.me to hire-mark.com. One of many purposes for a web domain is personal showcase/branding and when I decided on markhart.me, I thought that it made perfect sense.  Then as the website started coming to shape and feeling out its purpose, I found:

• that I was saying a lot of “hire mark”, because well – hire Mark.
• hire-mark@markhart.me and mark@markhart.me are:

• very long
• hard for content placement
• did not roll off the tongue naturally

• www.hire-mark.com was available
• I had the option to move it, so it did

  😁

• Bonus – The gentlemen that dominates the SEO for “Mark Hart” roots for my “Higher Power” and it seems wrong to challenge in anyway.

The History

Hire Mark started on markhart.me, as a way to market some of my talents and hobbies – eventually what what posted on markhart.me will be moved to this website.  Covid-19 showcased to me the need to stay in an essential personal position but also what happens when your only line of income disappears.

Besides online branding another one of the website’s purposes is to generate opportunities for different lines and forms of income (cash flow).

Many may be able to relate, because of Covid-19, I now prefer to create as many passives or near passive forms of income as possible in as many different lines of business.

My current lines of income (cash flow) and always looking to expand or increase. In today’s market you have to stay flexible.
